ALL ORDERS: Your order will arrive based on the processing time plus the transit time. For example, if your processing time is 3-5 business days and you pick Overnight delivery, you should expect to receive your order in 4-6 business days.
PRIORITY PROCESSING: All Expedited and Overnight orders automatically receive priority processing. This means that your order will move to the front of the line to be handled immediately and leave our facility faster. Expedited and Overnight orders also take less time in transit. The combined impact of faster processing and shorter transit times reduces your delivery time by up to 3 days.
UNFRAMED / UNMOUNTED: Unframed and unmounted orders will ship within 3-5 business days from payment confirmation.
FRAMED / CANVAS / MOUNTED: Most framed, canvas, and mounted orders will ship within 3-7 business days from payment confirmation.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT: When your order ships, we will email you a Shipping Notification email. If tracking service is available, we include the tracking number in your Shipping Notification email (if you do not receive a tracking number, then tracking service is not available for your package). If your item ships via UPS, delivery will occur between Monday and Friday. If your item ships via FedEx, your delivery will occur between Tuesday and Saturday.
