If your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition contact us immediately at service@crosbystreetgallery.com. In the body of the email please include your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. We will process your return and you will receive a notification email that your replacement is being produced. Once your return request has been approved, we will require that the unsatisfactory piece be returned before a replacement can be sent.
